JOB TITLE: Manager – Yarn Sales and procurement
DEPARTMENT: Textile Sales & Business Development
REPORTS TO: Managing Director
LOCATION: (Preferred: Delhi, NCR)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective B2B clients.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams for tailored product solutions and pricing strategies.
- Well lients on recycled yarn products such as Recycled Poly Melange, Open-End Yarn, DTY, FDY, etc.
- Procurement of Raw Material.
- Provide training and insights to internal teams.
- Establish strategic partnerships with distributors and sales.
- Prepare and manage monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and budgets.
- Track and analyze customer feedback, performance metrics, and market response.
- Travel as required to engage clients, visit factories, or attend planning meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree
- 4–8 years of experience in textile sector.
- Skills Required
- Expertise in textile supply chains and yarns
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills
- Fluency in English is essential
