Sales Manager -Textile/Yarn

Company: LeadingKorean MNC Company based Near Gurgaon, Haryana

JOB TITLE: Manager – Yarn Sales and procurement

DEPARTMENT: Textile Sales & Business Development

REPORTS TO: Managing Director

LOCATION: (Preferred: Delhi, NCR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective B2B clients.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams for tailored product solutions and pricing strategies.
  • Well lients on recycled yarn products such as Recycled Poly Melange, Open-End Yarn, DTY, FDY, etc.
  • Procurement of Raw Material.
  • Provide training and insights to internal teams.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with distributors and sales.
  • Prepare and manage monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Track and analyze customer feedback, performance metrics, and market response.
  • Travel as required to engage clients, visit factories, or attend planning meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree
  • 4–8 years of experience in textile sector.
  • Skills Required
  • Expertise in textile supply chains and yarns
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills
  • Fluency in English is essential
