We provide professional Visa, License, Tax, Bank Consultancy & Corporate Support services in UAE. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can manage team performance, improve conversion ratio, and control CRM operations professionally.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales team operations
- Monitor calling ratio & conversions
- Ensure CRM (GHL) updates (No verbal system)
- Conduct daily briefing meetings
- Check call recordings & script compliance
- Track lead pipeline stages
- Prepare daily & weekly performance reports
- Improve low-performing agents through training
- Maintain discipline & accountability system
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years Sales Team Management experience
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (GHL preferred)
- Ability to manage 5–15 agents
- Strong leadership & performance control skills
- Experience in Visa / License / Tax services (Preferred)
- Good English communication skills
Performance Targets
- 80–100 calls per agent daily monitoring
- Strong connected & conversion ratio
- No pending lead without follow-up
- Fast reply time control (5–10 mins)
