Job Title: Sales Manager – UPS Division

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) product range. The role involves driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing key client and channel partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for UPS systems across various sectors (IT, industrial, data centers, healthcare, etc.).
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Business. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales of UPS systems or power electronics.
  • Strong knowledge of UPS technologies and battery systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
