We’re Hiring – Sales Manager (Upwork)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for our Upwork sales team.

Position: Sales Manager – Upwork
Experience Required: 3–4 Years in Upwork Sales/Bidding
English Proficiency: High
Salary: PKR 90,000 – 150,000 (Basic) + Attractive Commission Structure
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage sales targets and generate leads
• Experience in handling client relationships and closing deals
• Leadership and team management skills will be preferred

Responsibilities:

• Generate business through Upwork and other freelancing platforms
• Manage and lead the sales team
• Develop strategies to increase sales and client retention
• Handle client communication and project acquisition
