We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager – US Medical Billing

Location: DHA Phase 8, Ex Park View, Lahore (Onsite)

Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (PST)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Manager – US Medical Billing to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the US healthcare market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing medical billing and RCM contracts with US healthcare providers and deep knowledge of the medical billing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close US healthcare providers for medical billing & RCM services Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with US clients Prepare tailored proposals, pricing models, and service agreements
• Demonstrate strong understanding of end-to-end medical billing workflows
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and client data using CRM tools
• Collaborate with operations and billing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
• Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of proven experience in US Medical Billing / RCM sales
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 coding, claims lifecycle, and HIPAA compliance
• Hands-on experience working with EMR/EHR systems
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to close complex healthcare service contracts
• Strong client relationship and account management capabilities
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
