About Us

We are a growing US-based truck dispatching company providing dispatch and back-office support services to owner-operators and small trucking fleets across the United States. Our focus is on securing high-paying loads, maximizing carrier profits, and building long-term partnerships through professional service and strong negotiation.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader to oversee dispatch operations and drive sales growth.

Position Summary

The Team Leader will manage daily dispatch operations while leading and developing a team of dispatchers. This role requires hands-on experience in US truck dispatching, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close sales with owner-operators and fleet owners.

The ideal candidate understands the US freight market, works confidently in US time zones, and can deliver both operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management

  • Supervise, mentor, and support a team of dispatchers
  • Monitor daily performance and ensure KPIs are achieved
  • Train new hires on dispatch systems and sales processes
  • Improve team productivity and accountability

Dispatch Operations

  • Manage US freight dispatch (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, etc.)
  • Secure profitable loads using load boards
  • Negotiate competitive rates with brokers
  • Plan routes efficiently and reduce deadhead miles
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance

Sales & Client Management

  • Close dispatch service agreements with owner-operators and fleet owners
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing carriers
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and retain clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in US truck dispatching
  • Proven track record in closing sales within trucking/dispatch services
  • Strong knowledge of load boards such as DAT and Truckstop
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Leadership or team management experience preferred
  • Ability to work in US time zones
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
