Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our USA-based Packaging Sales Campaign at our Lahore call center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven experience in outbound sales, and in-depth knowledge of the US packaging industry. You will be responsible for managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high conversion and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales agents working on the USA Packaging Campaign
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Monitor call quality, conversion rates, and agent performance
  • Train, coach, and onboard new sales agents
  • Develop sales strategies and scripts to improve closing ratios
  • Handle escalations and assist agents in closing high-value deals
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and US client requirements

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead in a call center
  • Mandatory experience in USA Packaging Sales Campaign
  • Strong understanding of outbound B2B sales
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage night-shift teams
  • Target-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling custom boxes, packaging, or printing services to US clients
  • Strong CRM handling experience
  • Leadership and team-building skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
