Sales Manager With Real Estate Experience

Job Summary

The Sales Manager – Real Estate is responsible for leading the property sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue through residential and/or commercial property sales. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing sales operations, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement real estate sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Lead, train, and supervise sales executives and property consultants
  • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance
  • Oversee property sales for residential, commercial, and land projects
  • Manage client relationships, key accounts, and high-value negotiations
  • Coordinate site visits, project launches, and promotional campaigns
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor projects
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews
  • Work closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams to close deals smoothly
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, documentation, and company policies

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, including a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and documentation
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding property sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and site visits
