Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive / Sales Manager with a strong track record in selling to cosmetics, fragrance, skincare, and luxury FMCG brands. The candidate must bring proven success in client acquisition, relationship management, and driving consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities in the cosmetics, fragrance, skincare, and luxury gifting sectors.

Build and nurture strong relationships with brand managers, procurement heads, and key decision-makers.

Present and sell premium packaging solutions (rigid boxes, gift sets, luxury cartons, fragrance packaging).

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Conduct client presentations, share samples, and manage negotiations.

Collaborate with design & production teams to deliver client-specific solutions.

Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements

3–8 years of proven B2B sales experience in cosmetic, fragrance, skincare, or luxury FMCG packaging industry.

Strong portfolio of clients and track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.

Prior experience in printing & packaging sales for cosmetic & fragrance clients preferred.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Target-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.

What We Offer

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month (depending on experience & skill set) + Attractive Incentives.
