Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and highly professional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the interior designing sector. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader who can manage a team effectively, ensure timely lead follow-ups, drive target achievement, and represent the company with integrity and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Ensure all incoming leads are followed up promptly, professionally, and consistently.
- Monitor team performance, set daily/weekly goals, and ensure accountability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their design requirements and guiding them through the sales process.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth client communication and project handover.
- Develop sales strategies to increase conversions and maximize revenue.
- Track sales metrics, review team reports, and present updates to management.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, customer care, and service quality throughout the client journey.
- Identify market opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design, or any service industry.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Goal-focused, proactive, and reliable with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets consistently.
- Good understanding of CRM tools and lead management.
- Professional, well-spoken, and confident in handling premium clients.
