Elegant Zone General Trading company has business in cosmetics importing from different countries including Korea and Turkey. The company is looking for candidates for marketing manager position who should have a good experience in Cosmetics marketing in Dubai and UAE. The following is some part of job description:

• Managing the office affairs including finance, the staff and their duties.

• Develop marketing strategies, policies and plans on a quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis, and present them to company leadership for approval, and supervising implementation of them after approval.

• Attending meetings with prospective clients such as: beauty supply & pharmacy chains, doctors, malls and any other meetings that require management level attendance.

• Managing and supervising the salesmen team, give them directions, following up their works and achievements

• Preparing plans for digital marketing and supervising their implementation.

• Supervise all sales through e-commerce platforms and off-line sales, shipping and delivery of products sold, and resolve any problem and issue arising in this regard.

• Receiving and customs clearance of the products, Inventory of them, reporting to the leadership of the supply of products when inventory is low.

• Preparing a monthly sales report that includes positive and weak points, providing suggestions and solutions to overcome challenges, achieve the desired results and targeted sales, and presenting them to the leadership.
