Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Sales, Marketing and Account Manager to join our dermatology practice. This role oversees daily operations of the MD Minerals Studio, including retail sales support, product education, inventory management, and basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is professional, approachable, organized, and patient-focused, with strong communication skills. Responsibilities include guiding patients in selecting skincare products, supporting social media and in-clinic marketing efforts, maintaining accurate QuickBooks entries and reconciliations, and collaborating with the Hopkins Dermatology team to align retail initiatives with clinical care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail product studio.
  • Manage QuickBooks entries, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Track and maintain inventory, process reorders, and monitor supply chain needs.
  • Work directly with patients to provide product education and personalized recommendations.
  • Promote and grow product sales through retail displays, in-clinic promotions, and social media marketing.
  • Collaborate with the Hopkins Dermatology team to align retail promotions with clinical treatments and patient care goals.
  • Maintain accountability through checks and balances in both sales and accounting processes.

Qualifications

  • Retail & Sales: Prior experience in retail or product sales; ability to educate and guide patients toward appropriate products to support clinical treatments.
  • Marketing & Social Media: Working knowledge of social media content creation, posting, and engagement strategies to promote MD Minerals and Hopkins Dermatology.
  • Accounting & Bookkeeping: Competency in QuickBooks and basic accounting practices; ability to handle daily reconciliations, manage invoices, and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Inventory Management: Skilled in tracking, ordering, and organizing product inventory; maintaining up-to-date stock levels; processing online and in-clinic orders efficiently.
  • Patient Education: Ability to confidently educate patients on skincare and cosmetic products, their benefits, and how they complement dermatologic care.
  • Team player to help with scheduling or checking patients in/out strong computer and phone skills

Position Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Fridays: 8:00AM to 12:00 PM
