We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales, Marketing & Business Development Manager specializing in badminton equipment and sports products.
The ideal candidate must have strong UAE and GCC market experience, solid connections within the sports community, and a proven track record in managing sales growth, brand expansion, and business partnerships.
You will oversee badminton product line, build local market presence, and drive the brand’s strategic development across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall sales, marketing, and business development activities for badminton equipment
- Build and expand relationships with badminton academies, sports clubs, schools, retailers, and distributors
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning strategies
- Oversee product launches, sponsorships, tournaments, and brand activations
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
- Create monthly sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
- Develop dealer networks and institutional sales channels
- Manage social media and digital marketing strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams on inventory, pricing, and product development
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years UAE experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development
- Background in badminton or sports equipment is mandatory
- Strong network with sports academies, coaches, buyers, and distributors
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of sports retail trends and UAE sports market dynamics
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic, Tagalog, or Hindi is a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a small team
