About the Role

The position involves supporting sales and marketing activities for stainless-steel fittings and valves. The candidate will handle client communication, lead generation, follow-ups, and assist in events and exhibitions.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for product promotion, enquiries, and follow-ups
• Support senior sales team in client meetings; prepare notes and updates
• Assist in marketing activities including exhibitions and industry events
• Maintain lead records, follow-up sheets, and basic CRM data
• Coordinate internally with production/dispatch for client requirements
• Prepare email communication, product introductions, and promotional material
• Learn and understand product range to communicate effectively with clients

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills (phone & email)
• Basic understanding of engineering/industrial products (training will be provided)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Discipline in follow-up and record maintenance
• Confidence in interacting with customers and handling enquiries

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.

Compensation

₹20,000–₹25,000 per month based on experience and capability.
