Sales & Marketing Coordinator - Female

Job Purpose:

We're looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator with Arabic to join our team full-time in Dubai. You'll bridge marketing and sales, ensuring leads move smoothly through the sales funnel. This role requires expertise in sales outreach, lead generation, and relationship building, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads – Call, qualify, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Keep the pipeline moving – Regularly follow up with the sales team to track lead progress and ensure proper placement in the sales funnel.
• Engage and follow up – Stay in touch with leads using our internal follow-up process.
• Collaborate with marketing – Help engage leads from different marketing channels.
• Monitor performance – Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activity.
• Track the pipeline – Keep an eye on contracts, signed deals, and revenue.
• Support the team – Ensure smooth communication between sales and marketing, and provide any needed info, reports, or documentation.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in sales coordination, lead management, or sales operations.
• Strong grasp of lead qualification, sales pipelines, and CRM systems.
• Skilled in aligning Marketing and Sales strategies and ability to learn quick, adapt fast and follow through with processes.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to manage leads and sales reps.
• Strong communication and follow-up to ensure smooth team coordination.
• Analytical mindset to track, measure, and report on lead conversions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with a results-driven mindset.
• Proactive problem-solver with a focus on process improvement.
• English and Arabic speakers required.
