Sales & Marketing Coordinator - Only from Flexible Packaging Industry

1. DESIGNATION: SALES AND MARKETING COORDINATOR.

2. ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:

i. Responsible for own lead generation/new business and ensure that all sales opportunities are captured and explored.

ii. Monitor customer accounts within the allocated sales area to ensure that sales potential is fully exploited.

iii. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

iv. Provide analytical support to evaluate potential pricing changes.

v. Keep abreast of the competition by sourcing through brochures, print publications, newspapers, websites and / or phone calls.

vi. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer needs and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning.

vii. Maintain a solid relationship with key customers, ensure the satisfaction of customers by monitoring service level agreements (SLA’s), customer complaints, inquiries and any other related customer issues, and lead the customer complaints handling process.

viii. Maintain an awareness of sales and other developments amongst competitors and pass any relevant information to immediate superior.

ix. Bring consultative approach to sales by using knowledge of product trends and opportunities to develop manufacturing strategies tailored to client’s needs.

3. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

MBA with 2 + Years’ experience in industrial marketing practices and processes within the flexible packaging, printing, and converting markets globally.

4. SKILL REQUIREMENT:

i. Sound knowledge on Products manufactured at Trimurti Group.

ii. Solid sales experience with impressive record of achieving targets.

iii. Prior sales experience focused on new account generation.

iv. Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
