Sales & Marketing Engineer

CLSF Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced Business Development & Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have experience in generating leads, meeting clients, conducting site visits, preparing quotations, and securing projects related to renovation, fit-out, maintenance, civil, and MEP services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct sales.
• Meet clients and conduct site inspections.
• Understand project requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on inquiries and close sales opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and consultants.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in fit-out, renovation, construction, MEP, or technical services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical project requirements.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
• Existing network of property owners, consultants, real estate companies, or facility management companies is an advantage.
• Self motivated and target oriented.
