* Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team

* Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closure

* Develop strategies for client acquisition and business growth

* Manage reporting and ensure team targets are met

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline

* Handle client interactions and close deals

* Promote company services in real estate & hospitality sectors

* Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns

Desired Skills:

✅ Sector knowledge (Real Estate/Hospitality) preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
