Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Experience : 3 - 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, visits, digital platforms, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote company products and services through effective marketing strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to build brand visibility.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
• Provide timely reports to management regarding sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and marketing activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
