Sales & Marketing Executive

The Sales / Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting company products and services, and developing effective marketing strategies to achieve business targets. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Generate leads through market research, cold calls, networking, and field visits.
• Meet with clients to present products/services, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitors.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, and product launches.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates for management review.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and social media campaigns when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
