Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Digital Marketing Agency Company: TFAMS Digital Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Freelance About Us TFAMS Digital is a full-service digital marketing agency offering Web Design & Development, SEO, Personal Branding, Social Media Marketing, and Ad Campaign Management. We serve clients across India and international markets — including GCC, Europe, and Asia. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong background in the digital marketing industry, focusing on sales, marketing, and revenue generation. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring both Indian and international clients, ensuring smooth coordination with technical and project teams, and driving consistent business growth. Key Responsibilities Acquire new clients — both premium international and domestic (India). Drive consistent revenue generation through sales and marketing activities. Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to project closure. Coordinate effectively with clients, technical teams, and coordinators. Understand and follow company payment terms before and after project completion. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups. Actively promote TFAMS Digital’s services on LinkedIn and other professional platforms. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Sales & Marketing (mandatory). Strong knowledge of: Web Design & Development SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Personal Branding Social Media Marketing & Ad Campaign Management Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to close deals and handle clients independently. Must be target-driven, proactive, and capable of working with revenue-based incentives. Compensation Salary Range: ₹30,000/month (if total monthly revenue reaches ₹2.5 Lakhs) Additional incentives available for higher sales performance and client retention.
