Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 2–3 years in the Polymer Industry.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration

Skills: MS Office, CRM Software

Job Description:

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

- Find new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online searches.

- Build a list of potential clients to grow sales.

2. Sales & Negotiation

- Present company products or services to customers.

- Meet with clients, give product demos, and explain benefits.

3. Customer Relationship Management

- Keep good relationships with existing customers.

- Help customers with their questions or problems after the sale.

- Use CRM software to update and manage customer details.

4. Market Research & Analysis

- Study the market to understand new trends and what competitors are doing.

- Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.

5. Marketing & Campaign Management

- Plan and run marketing activities like email campaigns and social media promotions.

-Help organize trade shows, events, or product demos.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
