Sales & Marketing Executive (Restaurant Segment)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month

Location: Lucknow

Industry: Fresh/peeled garlic distribution

Target Market: All restaurants in Lucknow

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurant clients for daily supply of peeled garlic.

Visit targeted restaurants across Lucknow to build strong customer relationships and understand their bulk purchase needs.

Negotiate prices, close sales deals, and ensure repeat orders to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Execute promotional activities, distribute samples, and provide product information to drive adoption.

Collect market feedback, monitor competitor activities, and report sales trends to management.

Maintain updated client database, follow up on leads, and resolve customer queries promptly.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in B2B field sales/marketing, preferably food ingredient or FMCG sector.

Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Basic knowledge of sales processes, local market, and customer attitudes in hospitality/restaurants.

Two-wheeler/license preferred for daily in-person visits.

Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.
