The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving company revenue by developing effective sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and executing marketing campaigns. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting products/services, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities.

2. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.

3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals.

4. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

5. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Requirements:

- PHARMA INDUSTRIES, FOOD INDUSTRIES, CARBON INDUSTRIES, CHEMICALS INDUSTRIES.

Experience : Minimum experience of 2-5 years

Qualification: B.COM/B. Pharma/MBA
