Job Title: Marketing Executive
Job Summary
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products/services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role involves planning campaigns, managing digital platforms, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with internal teams to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Assist in creating annual marketing plans and budgets.
2. Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms (content creation, scheduling, analytics).
- Run paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and track performance.
- Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase online visibility.
- Oversee website content updates and improvements.
3. Content Creation & Branding
- Create compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and external agencies as needed.
4. Campaign Execution & Reporting
- Plan and execute product launches, events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Recommend improvements based on performance insights.
5. Customer & Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion.
- Communicate with clients or partners during campaigns or events.
- Gather customer feedback to improve marketing messaging.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing (executive or similar role).
- Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems).
Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and campaign execution.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.
