Roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans to achieve desired growth targets in line with company strategy.
  • Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies, and ROI calculations to inform decision making around new business opportunities.
  • Create sales strategies and go-to-market plans for the products and services, as well as existing ones in need of revitalization.
  • Oversee the development of marketing campaigns and materials, ensuring they are on brand and align with business objectives.
  • Manage a team of direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to help them reach their full potential.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to identify areas of opportunity or threat for the business.
  • Benchmark competitors’ offerings, strategies, and performance to inform own decision making.
  • Develop financial models to support business planning and decision making.
  • Prepare presentations for senior management, shareholders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage external relationships with consultants, analysts, and other third parties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:
