We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Study in Germany programs and German language training courses to prospective students. This role involves lead generation, student counselling, course explanation, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell German Education Programs and German Language Courses (A1–B2 levels).
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and social media leads.
- Counsel students on career opportunities in Germany, admission processes, eligibility, and available programs.
- Explain course details, fee structure, and benefits effectively to prospective students.
- Follow up with leads, maintain a strong pipeline, and ensure timely conversions.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, online promotions, and outreach campaigns.
- Maintain student records and update CRM regularly.
- Participate in webinars, seminars, and promotional events.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for student acquisition.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide proper guidance.
- Basic knowledge of overseas education processes (Germany preferred) – advantage but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working with targets and timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, emails, and CRM tools (training can be provided).
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation mandatory (any stream).
- Freshers welcome; training will be provided.
- Candidates with sales, counselling, or education industry experience will be preferred.
