We are a growing farm-to-door milk delivery startup committed to bringing fresh, high-quality milk and dairy products directly to customers every morning. With a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and customer service, we are expanding rapidly and looking for energetic team members to grow with us.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a young, enthusiastic graduate/degree holders with 1-3 years experience in sales who is eager to take ownership on sales responsibilities in a dynamic, hands-on environment. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a passionate sales professional to help scale by aggressively acquiring new customers every month. Opportunity to elevate to leadership roles in a quick span of time with attractive performance based sales incentives

Key Responsibilities

1. New Customer Acquisition (Primary Role)

  • Visit apartments, residential societies, and gated communities daily
  • Meet association members, security personnel, secretaries
  • Conduct sampling campaigns and collect leads
  • Distribute brochures, posters, and digital information
  • Convert leads into paying customers (minimum 3–4 per day target)

2. Lead Management & Follow-up

  • Call warm leads, schedule sample deliveries, and close sales
  • Maintain daily lead tracker (Hot/Warm/Cold)
  • Update follow-up dates and conversion status
  • Ensure weekly conversion targets are met

3. Apartment Marketing Activities

  • Put up posters/lift ads
  • Organize on-site sampling booths
  • Plan small awareness campaigns
  • Build relations with apartment committees

4. Customer Interaction & Support

  • Attend queries from prospects
  • Assist new customers with onboarding
  • Promote referral programs

5. Brand Promotion

  • Assist in social media content collection (photos, reviews, stories)
  • Help promote new products (curd, ghee, paneer, etc.)
  • Support retail outlet promotions when required
  • 1-3 years experience in field sales, marketing, D2C brands or passionate about sales
  • Strong communication & persuasive skills
  • Comfortable with field work & meeting new people
  • Confident, energetic, and target-driven
  • Ability to build quick rapport with residents
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and calling etiquette
  • Good to have: MBA/degree in management

Work Schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
