Primary Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote products, services, or the brand.
  • Lead Generation: Implement effective strategies to attract and convert leads through online platforms, events, and partnerships.
  • Brand Promotion: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, including social media, email, print, and events.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through engaging content, campaigns, and analytics-driven strategies.
  • Advertising & Media Coordination: Liaise with media agencies, vendors, and influencers for advertising and promotional activities.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and support marketing events, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing: Work on SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ad campaigns to enhance digital visibility and reach.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance metrics.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, content, and design teams to ensure unified marketing communication.
