Position Summary

The Sales Executive for Kahramaa Applications approval and inspections sales, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role focuses on promoting and selling our Kahramaa services for clients. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective custmers
  • Explain our services details, program benefits, and company offerings in a clear and convincing manner.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into successful registrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for custmers
  • Generate new business by identifying and approaching potential customers
  • Manage and grow the existing customer base through excellent customer service and regular follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and orders.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities when required.

Requirements

  • Excellent fluency in English (spoken ).
  • Previous experience in sales, tele-sales, or service sector preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in contracting field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • High level of motivation, energy, and commitment to achieving sales goals.
