The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating business leads, developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets for HVAC projects, ducting works, air cooling solutions, doors and manufacturing-related products. The role involves field sales, client coordination, proposal follow-ups and supporting marketing initiatives to grow the company’s business.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers, projects and business opportunities.
- Promote HVAC, ducting, air cooling, cleanroom / OT doors and manufacturing solutions.
- Meet consultants, builders, contractors, architects and end users.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into orders.
2. Client Coordination & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally for technical support.
- Act as a single point of contact for customers during pre-order stages.
3. Marketing & Promotion Activities
- Support marketing activities such as presentations, brochures and product promotion.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information and pricing trends.
- Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions and networking events (if required).
4. Quotation & Follow-up Support
- Coordinate with design, estimation and projects teams for preparation of quotations.
- Submit proposals and follow up for approvals and negotiations.
- Track enquiry status and ensure timely closure.
5. Target Achievement & Reporting
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain enquiry, follow-up and order booking records.
- Prepare sales reports and submit regular updates to management.
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Coordinate with project execution and factory teams for order handover.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to execution stage.
- Support payment follow-ups in coordination with accounts team.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma holder (Any discipline)
- Mechanical / HVAC background preferred
Experience:
- 1 to 6+ years of experience in sales & marketing
- Experience in HVAC, MEP, construction or industrial products preferred
- Fresh but dynamic candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered
