Position Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hotel’s rooms, F&B outlets, events, and services to achieve revenue targets. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, market analysis, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for rooms, banquets, events, and F&B outlets
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and rate agreements
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest and client experiences
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and hotel events
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidate (as per role requirement)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing within a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel sales systems (Opera, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages will be an advantage
