Sales & Marketing Executive

We are searching for a dedicated and ambitious Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team.(Fit-out, Furniture, aluminum and Smart homes Electronics)

The responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Associate include implementing marketing strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and tracking sales data.

Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a flair for sales strategies and a strong understanding of the market trends.

Ultimately, the role of the Sales and Marketing Associate is to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy, turning leads and prospects into paid users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Associate or a similar role in Sales
• Experience managing a high-performance sales team
• An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Availability to travel as needed
• BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field

• Job Title: Sales and Marketing Associate
• Work Environment: Office setting with the possibility and do marketing outside and Travel required for client meetings.
• Reporting Structure: Reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
• Salary: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

• UAE : 4 years (Preferred)
