This role is NOT for generic sales or marketing candidates. We are hiring experienced professionals from the exhibition industry who know how to sell exhibition stands and generate exhibitor business.

If you have not worked with custom or modular exhibition stands, this role is not suitable.

Who We Are

QES delivers exhibition stand design, build, and turnkey solutions for local and international exhibitors across major UAE exhibitions.

We are restructuring our commercial team and are looking for proven performers, not learners.

  • Exhibition Sales Manager
  • Exhibition Sales Executive
  • Exhibition Marketing / Lead Generation Specialist (B2B)

(Role will be defined based on experience and results.)

What You Will Actually Do

  • Bring and close real exhibition business
  • Work directly with exhibitors, marketing managers, and decision-makers
  • Sell custom & modular stands, not generic services
  • Price stands based on sqm, design complexity, and timelines
  • Build pipelines months before exhibitions, not last-minute calls
  • Generate or convert qualified exhibitor leads
  • Close deals and develop repeat clients

Mandatory Experience (No Exceptions)

  • 2+ years in exhibition or event sales / marketing
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Exhibition stand solutions
  • Booth sizes, sqm pricing, fit-out processes
  • Clear understanding of how exhibitions work in the UAE
  • Ability to show past deals, clients, or exhibitions handled
  • Strong negotiation and closing ability

❌ No exhibition experience = no shortlisting

❌ Telemarketing, retail, or pure digital marketing profiles will be rejected

Performance-Based Culture

This is a results-first role.

Expected timeline:

  • 30 days: pipeline + meetings
  • 60 days: proposals + negotiations
  • 90 days: closed deals

Compensation

  • Fixed salary based on experience
  • Strong commission / performance incentives
  • No cap for high performers
  • Long-term growth for people who bring revenue

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
