Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Staff to drive revenue and promote our brand. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and marketing within the tourism or hospitality industry and a strong understanding of client acquisition and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into bookings for desert safaris, adventure activities, and VIP packages.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, online platforms, and offline channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and travel agents.
• Track staff and vehicles assign duties.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate records, and report insights to management.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in tourism or hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with social media and basic marketing tools.
• Target-driven, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of Dubai tourism and local attractions is an advantage.
