Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and propose suitable properties.
- Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers and investors.
- Organize and conduct property viewings, open houses, and sales events.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
