Role & Responsibilities

• Assist customers on calls to promote and sell a range of financial products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets with speed and accuracy.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
• Learn and understand financial products and explain their benefits clearly to customers.
• Identify customer needs and convert their interest into successful sales.
• Respond to internal communications in a timely and professional manner.
