Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and generate new leads for ERP software sales.

 Approach potential clients in the retail sector including restaurants, supermarkets, and

bakeries.

 Conduct cold calling and market visits to create new business opportunities.

 Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.

 Schedule and conduct onsite and online ERP software demonstrations.

 Understand client requirements and present suitable ERP solutions.

 Visit potential clients for meetings and product presentations.

 Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

 Explore new business opportunities in the retail market.

 Maintain long-term relationships with clients.

 Coordinate with the technical team for smooth implementation and support.

 Ensure customer satisfaction after software deployment.

 Maintain records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.

 Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.

Requirements

 Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field).

 Experience: 1–2 years of sales experience (ERP / Software / IT sales preferred).

 Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

 Strong communication and negotiation skills.

 Ability to conduct professional product demonstrations.

 Willingness to perform outdoor sales and client visits.
