Sales & Marketing Executive – FM Building Cleaning Services | Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our team and drive business growth in Facility Management & Specialized Cleaning Services (Deep Cleaning, Water Tank, Kitchen & AC Duct, Grease Trap, Linen & Garbage Chute Cleaning, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relations.
• Prepare and close proposals, tenders, and contracts.
• Identify market trends, set strategies, and drive company growth.
• Ensure team performance and reporting to management.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years’ experience in Facility Management / Cleaning Services sales in UAE.
• Strong client network and market knowledge.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership and target-achieving record.
• Valid UAE Driving License mandatory
