Sales & Marketing Executive – Digital (Forex & CFD Brokers
* Core Role
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting digital campaigns, and supporting revenue growth in a Forex & CFD brokerage environment. This role bridges sales conversion and digital marketing strategies, with a focus on promoting MT5 accounts, products, and services.
Key Responsibilities Sales (Client Acquisition & Retention)
- Identify, contact, and convert potential leads into live MT5 funded accounts.
- Promote the company’s Forex & CFD products (currencies, indices, commodities, cryptos).
- Maintain regular contact with clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and webinars.
- Upsell/cross-sell account types, promotions, and trading tools.
- Provide trading platform guidance (MT5 setup, deposits, withdrawals).
Digital Marketing
- Execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and email marketing.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase lead generation.
- Create engaging content (posts, blogs, videos) relevant to Forex & CFD markets.
- Track, measure, and optimize ROI on digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers for banners, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
CRM & Lead Management
- Maintain leads in CRM system and follow up promptly.
- Segment leads into hot/warm/cold for targeted campaigns.
- Coordinate with CRM & Operations teams for account-related queries.
Market Research & Branding
- Monitor competitor campaigns and suggest strategies.
- Support brand-building through webinars, events, and client education.
- Propose innovative campaigns to improve brand visibility in MENA / APAC / EU regions.
* Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Forex/CFD markets & MT5 platform basics.
- Proven experience in sales conversion within financial services.
- Digital marketing expertise (Google, Meta Ads, SEO, automation tools).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for better performance.
