About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth across two high-impact lines:

  • Facilities Management, Maintenance, MEP services, HSE compliance, and operational support.
  • IoT solutions, smart monitoring systems (energy/water/IAQ), automation, and sustainability/ESG reporting.

The ideal candidate will generate leads, build client relationships, support tendering and proposals, and execute marketing activities that convert into measurable pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities (government, semi-government, commercial, industrial).
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through calls, meetings, site visits, and networking.
  • Present company solutions professionally (FM services, AMC contracts, IoT systems, sustainability solutions).
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and scope summaries; coordinate internally for technical and commercial inputs.
  • Support tender/RFP processes (documents, compliance, clarifications, submissions, follow-ups).
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while maintaining profitability and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and weekly reporting on leads, opportunities, and performance.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, website updates, brochures).
  • Create and coordinate marketing materials: company profiles, flyers, case studies, and presentations.
  • Support events, exhibitions, and client workshops (planning, invitations, follow-up).
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to refine positioning and offers.

Client & Account Management

  • Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate handover from sales to operations and ensure smooth project kickoff.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities:
  • FM clients → IoT monitoring / energy optimization / IAQ
  • IoT clients → maintenance AMC / compliance support / operational services

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales/marketing in one or more: Facilities Management, MEP, AMC, BMS, IoT, Smart Buildings, Energy/Sustainability.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with proposals, quotations, and tender submissions is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable with site visits and stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.

UAE driving license is a must.
