Sales & Marketing Executive - (Female)

We're looking for a confident, well-spoken professional to join our growing sales team. If you've worked in a call center, know how to handle objections, and can build rapport over the phone in under 60 seconds — we want to talk.

The Role

You'll be the first voice prospects hear when they meet Prob N Tech. Your day is mostly cold calling — reaching out to qualified leads, opening conversations, booking discovery calls for our senior team. Occasional visits to client offices when relationships need a face-to-face push.

What you'll do

  • Make outbound cold calls to qualified business leads
  • Qualify prospects, handle initial objections, and book strategy sessions
  • Maintain CRM records and follow-up sequences
  • Build relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins
  • Occasionally visit client offices in Faisalabad for in-person meetings
  • Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to refine messaging

What we're looking for

  • Strongly preferred: Background in sales, marketing, or customer support
  • Confident phone presence — you don't freeze on rejection
  • Comfortable dealing directly with clients, including senior decision-makers
  • Organized, target-driven, and coachable
  • Female candidates only (per role requirement)
