Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively seek out new opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media.& On Site Visits
- Field Visits & Client Meetings: Visit potential and existing clients to present advertising solutions or products.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and offer after-sales support.
- Proposal and Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new OOH opportunities.
- Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and report daily field operations to management
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in outdoor sales, B2B sales, or field sales (2–5 years preferred for senior roles).
- Communication: Excellent English and Urdu communication skills, with confident negotiation abilities.
- Mobility: Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driving license for field visits.
- Result-Oriented: A self-driven mindset focused on achieving targets.
- Education: Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree (BBA/Marketing) is preferred
- Salary
- Often includes a base salary (e.g., PKR 40k+) + attractive commissions for achieving targets
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
