Job Description:

Sial Housing Society is looking for a confident and well-spoken Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real estate project. Candidates with real estate sales experience will be preferred, however sales experience in any other product or industry is also acceptable.

Key Responsibilities:

•_ _Communicate effectively with clients and provide project information

•_ _Handle client queries and maintain strong follow-ups

•_ _Assist in sales presentations and basic marketing activities

•_ _Build and maintain positive customer relationships

•_ _Share daily updates and coordinate with the team

Requirements:

•_ _Minimum 2 years of sales experience (real estate preferred, any sales field acceptable)

•_ _Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•_ _Confident personality and professional attitude
