Sales & Marketing Executive – Offset or Corrugated Packaging

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Professional with hands-on experience in offset printing or corrugated packaging. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the packaging sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for offset printing and corrugated packaging products
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, textiles, and industrial sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Coordinate with production and design teams to meet customer requirements
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in offset printing and/or corrugated packaging industry
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and costing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office
