Sales & Marketing Executive — Online Flower Shop

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our online flower shop team in Dubai, with experience in handling online orders and remote customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer communication through:
• WhatsApp
• Phone calls
• Social media platforms
• Online sales channels
• Receive and process online orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on orders until delivery
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Support coordination of special event and occasion orders
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills & Requirements

• Strong proficiency in:
• Canva
• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience in:
• Designing promotional materials and social media content
• Managing databases and records
• Tracking orders and event details
• Preparing basic reports
• Basic photography and videography skills for product content
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Customer-service oriented with the ability to work under pressure

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
