Sales & Marketing Executive – Perishable Division

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics sales, freight forwarding, perishables transportation, or supply chain business development. This role is focused on customer acquisition, relationship management, and strategic growth for our perishable operations.

We are looking for someone energetic, motivated, and connected within the industry who can help take this division to the next level.

Duties

• Develop and grow new business opportunities for the Perishable Division
• Identify and acquire new customers in food, produce, frozen goods, floral, and other perishables sectors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Create and execute sales and marketing strategies
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry outreach
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure excellent customer service
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and customer presentations
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Help establish and grow the company’s brand within the perishables market

Skills

• 3+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or perishables transportation
• Existing industry relationships and customer base preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven personality
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of cold chain logistics and perishables handling is a plus
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Proven experience in B2B sales, pharmaceutical or medical sales, or related sectors involving perishables
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset
