Are you a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the UAE market? Faster Express Delivery Services is seeking a dynamic individual to drive our customer acquisition and market presence. This is a unique opportunity to start working remotely and transition into our UAE office, blending flexibility with long-term growth.

The Role:

You will be responsible for proactively generating new business for our express and same-day courier services. Execute marketing strategies that result in new delivery orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute remote sales strategies to acquire new corporate and individual delivery clients.
• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for express delivery, same-day, and next-day courier services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential client needs within Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and Al Ain.
• Contribute to social media and digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and generate inbound leads.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Compensation & Structure:

We offer a competitive package designed to reward performance:

• Base Salary (Paid monthly).
• High Commission Structure on all successfully secured new orders/clients.
• Performance Bonuses based on achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably within the logistics, courier, or services industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly self-disciplined and capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage).
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.

Work Arrangement:

• Phase 1 (Initial): Work from home (Remote) within the UAE.
• Phase 2 (Long-Term): Transition to full-time office work in our headquarters based on business needs and successful performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
