We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to join our Solar Division and support the growth of our renewable energy initiatives. This role offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to clean energy adoption by promoting solar solutions across residential, commercial, and government sectors. The ideal candidate will engage with customers to drive awareness and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote solar products, solutions and commercial installations
  • Educate residents about the benefits, eligibility, subsidies, and application process of the Suryaghar Scheme.
  • Organize and participate in local events, seminars, and camps to promote the scheme.
  • Distribute brochures, flyers, and digital content in local languages.
  • Generate leads and assist interested households in the application process.
  • Generate leads through on-ground activities, campaigns, and digital marketing support
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with installation partners, local government bodies, and DISCOMs (distribution companies) as needed.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies across offline and online channels
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to convert leads into customers
  • Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and awareness drives
  • Maintain and update marketing materials, databases, and campaign performance reports
  • Educate customers on solar benefits, cost savings, and government subsidies

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master's degree in marketing related fields is preferable)
  • 0–3 years of marketing or field sales experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for sustainability and renewable energy
  • Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork and client meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
