Location: Remote / India / GCC (Flexible)About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Head to drive student enrollment and partner collaborations for our online school. The ideal candidate will lead sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and manage partnerships to maximize reach and engagement for the school’s programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Partner Management:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract students via partner networks.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, educational consultants, and EdTech partners.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, commissions, and promotional collaborations.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance and partner engagement metrics.

Marketing Leadership:

  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote school programs.
  • Coordinate co-branded campaigns and joint initiatives with partners.
  • Monitor lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI from marketing efforts.
  • Enhance the school’s brand visibility and online presence.

Strategy & Collaboration:

  • Align sales and marketing efforts with internal teams and partner schools.
  • Organize webinars, events, and outreach programs in collaboration with partners.
  • Provide strategic insights and reporting to the school leadership team.
  • Ensure compliance with regional education and marketing regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in EdTech or online education.
  • Proven track record in student enrollment and partner management.
  • Strong digital marketing skills (Google Ads, social media, LinkedIn campaigns).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

KPIs / Success Metrics:

  • Student enrollment numbers through partner networks.
  • Lead conversion rates.
  • Growth and engagement of partner network.
  • Marketing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Enhancement of school brand visibility and awareness.

Reporting:

  • Reports to the Founder / Director / COO.
  • Works closely with partners, marketing team, and school operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
